> Rastlinkovo.sk is a Slovak online shop for houseplants and plant-care supplies: indoor plants (including baby plants, rare/collector plants, XL plants and cuttings), outdoor plants, pots, substrates, fertilizers, plant protection products, seeds and bulbs, and growing accessories. It also sells natural cosmetics and pet supplies (Zvieratkovo). The site is in Slovak, prices are in EUR and include VAT. Online shop only, no brick-and-mortar store; orders can be picked up in Bratislava.

- Express delivery within 1 hour in Bratislava via Wolt: 5.50 EUR; working days, orders placed 8:00–15:30 (later orders are sent the next working day)
- Personal pickup in Bratislava (Hattalova 12/A, 1st floor): free; Tuesday–Thursday 13:00–16:00, once the order is marked as completed by e-mail
- Non-stop pickup point at Hattalova 12/A: 3.49 EUR

Other countries:

General:

- Free shipping on orders over 50 EUR (approx. 1,230 CZK)
- Usual delivery time in Slovakia and the Czech Republic: 1–2 working days after the carrier picks up the parcel
- Plants are dispatched at the beginning of the week to avoid weekend delays; in extreme weather (e.g. frost) dispatch may be postponed and the customer is informed
- In winter, plants are packed with insulation and shipped unwatered
- Large orders may be split into several parcels at no extra cost

## Payment

- Payment methods: online card payment (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), bank transfer, cash on delivery (dobírka/dobierka). (Note: Terms and Conditions only mention the payment gateway, but all these options are available at checkout).
- Bank transfer must be paid within 2 working days; use the order number as the variable symbol.
- Products cannot be reserved.

## Returns and complaints

- Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 30 days without giving a reason. Live plants are perishable goods and are excluded from this right.
- Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of withdrawal at the customer's expense; the refund is made within 14 days.
- Plants damaged in transport (broken, frozen, with pests) or broken ceramics must be reported by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt, with detailed photos of the damage, the whole plant and the parcel.
- Plant guarantee: 7 days after delivery, provided the plant is still in its original pot and has not been repotted.
- A wilted plant, spilled substrate or dry substrate in winter is not a defect: water the plant and let it acclimatize for a day or two.
- Complaints are resolved within 30 days. Non-perishable goods have a 24-month warranty.
